ZunoMart ("we", "us") is an online store in Uganda that sells its own products. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is needed with: delivery partners (your name, phone number and district), payment providers such as Mobile Money and card services, email and notification providers, and the authorities when the law requires it.
Order updates are part of the service, so they stay on. You can turn off new product and deal alerts in the notifications panel. Phone alerts only work if you allow them, and you can switch them off in your browser or phone settings at any time.
We use your browser's storage to remember your cart, your sign-in and your preferences. Clearing your browser data removes them.
We protect your information with hashed passwords and limited admin access. No system is completely secure, so please keep your password private.
We keep your information while your account is active and as long as we need it for orders, accounting and legal requirements. After that we delete or anonymise it.
Under Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to marketing. You can delete your account at any time from the Account menu. Orders already placed are kept for our records. For anything else, contact us using the details below.
Our store is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We want you to be happy with what you buy from ZunoMart. If something is not right, here is how returns work.
You can ask to return an item within 7 days of receiving it. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and come with your order number.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of receiving it. Send photos on WhatsApp and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Message us on WhatsApp on +256 705 234711 with your order number and a short reason. We will tell you how to send the item back or where to drop it off.
Once we receive and check the item, we refund the item price to the way you paid. The delivery fee is only refunded if we sent the wrong or a damaged item.
You can cancel an order yourself from the Orders page until it has shipped. You will be asked for a reason.

You need an account to place orders. Give correct details, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You must be 18 or older.
All prices are in Ugandan shillings (UGX). We try to keep prices, photos and descriptions correct, but mistakes can happen. If we find one on an order, we will contact you before going ahead.
Placing an order is a request to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or the details are unclear.
You can pay with Cash on Delivery or with Pesapal. Orders paid with Pesapal are placed only after the payment is complete. We may switch off Cash on Delivery for accounts that have unpaid or uncollected orders.
Delivery usually takes about 1 to 5 days. The delivery fee depends on your district. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
You can cancel until your order has shipped. Returns follow our Returns page.
Only customers who ordered an item can review it. Keep reviews honest and respectful. We may remove reviews that are abusive, false or unrelated.
Codes work as shown at checkout, one code per order. We may switch off a code at any time.
We take care to sell good products, but we are not responsible for delays or losses outside our control. Nothing here limits your rights under Ugandan law.
We may update these terms from time to time. These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
